  This is now the second EVGo station I go to. The first didn’t even work at all, either charger. This one was limited to 20kw no matter what I tried, which includes calling evgo support, they reset the machine, it went to 30kw which the support person deemed a success, then immediately back to 20kw. For reference the car was at 30%, so it’s not like it was slowing down near the end of the charge. Overall a terrible experience with evgo

  Good location but unfortunately one of the chargers - called ‘Ian’ did not work. Had an error initializing after connecting the cable and starting the charging. Tried twice then gave up. The other charger was already in use so presumably that one works ok.

  This charging station is in covered parking lot behind the shopping area. There are 2 EV go DC fast charging stations with connector for both leaf and bolt. Since I didn’t have EV go account, I called the number to start the charge. For bolt, it was $11.95 for 30mins. In my case, it added 55miles range to my bolt. One of the charging stations CCS connector (which bolt uses) was not working but second one worked fine. It’s expensive but convenient for quick charge. Need to check the cost if I open EV go subscription account.
