I would honesty say that MotorWorx in Culver City is by far the best place to consider for your mini Cooper auto repair, Brandon would make sure that I was extremely happy with the service I got . Nowadays mechanics all they want to do is fix your problem and get you going whether you're satisfying or not but this guy is amazing thank you Brandon , Cole and all the Crew members at that facility. Sincerely,,,,,, Uriel P.

I’m not trying to sway you… I’m just telling you my terrible experience with these guys. First and foremost nice people. Even gave me a refund a two year negotiation. But these guys have ruined my favorite car and the money I’m spending at other dealerships to deal with the things that they did to. It is costing more than the amount that I paid for the car. They used aftermarket parts all assuring me they didn’t other dealerships have explained to me how most of the parts they’ve given me were the wrong size in incomplete honesty. After giving them two grand of my money they didn’t fix a single problem, but instead Caused way more issues that are costing me so much more to undo with money I don’t have. I don’t expect that anything was malicious or ill intended, but competency Is lacking here. Every issue that they tried to fix, I’ve spent twice as much money trying to undo and basically had to replace every part that they tried to fix, and it took them two years of me constantly bringing the Car back for them to finally give me some of my money back. In the end from the bottom of my heart, I recommend you take your car somewhere else because my experience with them Went into the emotional because the car I brought that was not the car that was returned to me and I’ve been spending Years and thousands of dollars trying to undo the damage they’ve done

Excellent customer service, quick work, and a much more reasonable option to the dealership service. Took my car in for its scheduled service and a new battery. They were about 50% less expensive than the Mercedes dealer, got me in right away, and made the whole experience easy. They actually inspected what was recommended for the service and let me know what did/didn’t need to be done instead of just doing it. Honest team here.

Car: C7.5 Audi S7 Diagnostics were thorough, had very good documentation and reasoning. Service rep. kept in good communication and was friendly. Prices on parts and tires were too high when weighed against local competitors however labor/hr+hours billed was competitive. Very involved N428 Oil Pressure Regulator/Solenoid replacement was performed. No issues so far after about 150miles. A/C had to be drained and recharged as part of this service and its still working correctly. So, so far so good. Biggest concerns: Even though I approved service on the largest service item diagnosed they only credited 50% of diag. fee after having to ask. That’s different from what I’ve seen absolutely everywhere else, including Audi dealer. Service was $2800+ so you’d think diag. fee would be taken off if the service is approved. Intake/Airbox wasn’t fully seated in the engine bay when I went to inspect afterwards but was at least assembled and mated to the engine properly. All in all would recommend, friendly and communicative service, proper diagnostic performed, labor costs were competitive. 9/10 service performed.
