  I had a notification on my dash that a tire was low. I stopped at Just Tires to have someone determine which tire. Look for a nail or whatever it needs. I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half !! I normally go to another tire shop about 15 minutes away and they always are ready to check, repair or replace tires right away!! I work for a rental fleet and have had many tires replaced!! I actually did get a tire at Just Tires about 10 years ago and it took about 3 hours!! Today I thought I'd give them another try, only to be disappointed again.

  I drove over a big pothole on La Cienega blvd. It was a loud thump and immediately the tire pressure light popped up. One of my tire had gone flat and the other had a visible air bubble on the side. I called up a few tire shops nearby and when I called this place, Karim assured me that they had 4 tires available for my car. I immediately got my car towed here. Damian helped with the initial inspection and paperwork. I am not local to Culver city. Was just passing through and had my kids and wife waiting for me where our car was disabled. Both my kids need car seats, so I couldnt bring them with me to the tire shop. It was very important for me to get the car fixed asap. There were a few cars ahead of me which would have taken 3-4 hours. I requested Damian to get my tires replaced on priority. He made sure my car was looked at after one other car. I still had a 6 hour drive back home, so I was very relieved that my car was fixed rather quick.

  Avoid this business at all costs if you want to save your wallet to get your tires/alignment done… Service was eh, but the real work is done in the shop. The ASTs rush their job and treat your vehicle as any other company/rental car like clockwork. Go to your local shop that takes the time to get your alignment done on the first try (avoid their 3-year plan too, it’s just their way of fixing their mistakes)

  They were very helpful and they make sure the fluids and even my windshield wipers are in good condition. I like to know if there any issues with my car before it becomes a bigger problem.
