- KCKimm C.Dec 27, 20251.0This place is a rip-off. I purchased 4 brand new tires less than a month ago. I declined the roadside coverage because I have AAA. After the rain, my tire had a leak on the side, even though it was parked for several days and i hadn'thit anything. I truly believe I was sold a defective tire, and now have to pay to have it replaced. While I was in the shop one of the technicians came in with a report on another vehicle they were working on and the other techs were concerned because some new parts should have been on that car from a previous service, but there were no new parts....seems fishy, but this location might need to be investigated for selling defective parts or for not doing the work they're paid to do. I'm truly upset that I have to pay for another new tire when the tire they sold me was defective. And I could tell the tech helping me knew it was defective.

Damian was so kind and responsive—he reassured me they could help with either a patch or a replacement. When I arrived, even late in the evening, they had me pull right in with no wait at all. The patch was handled quickly and efficiently. This was truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you both for your kindness and care!
