  Worked with them multiple times and just today got another one, and I can not express enough how much of an amazing team they have here. I worked with Tony, Arlene, and Bryant who helped me get into a new car, and they worked so hard to make everything so easy.

  This was my first experience at Culver City Volvo and it was seamless. I've been to other Volvo locations in West LA but this one is now my favorite. We've leased the XC90 3 times since it is very safe and easy to drive. I contacted Arlene at Culver City Volvo about renewing our lease to a new XC90 and she had it delivered to our house the next day. I've never had a more stress-free car experience. Victor and Tony were also very helpful. Thank you!

  I've reached out multiple times and in multiple ways, including 3 phone calls, one online inquiry and 3 emails requesting quotes for the Volvo VIP Extended warranty coverage options. I spoke with someone that gave me directions and an email on what I needed to provide them and he would send the quote along with a call to review. I sent the email with documentation within 30 minutes of our call. And since then, crickets. Ghosted. No reply to emails, no one responding when I've called to follow up and left meassages, nothing. If you don't want that business, then don't advertise it on your website.

  I recently purchased a 2022 Volvo XC40 and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment for general maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer both Saturday and Sunday appointments, which made scheduling super convenient. When I arrived, David greeted me right away and checked me in. He reviewed the paperwork, and afterwards, relax in the lobby. The waiting area was cozy and comfortable—I was able to unwind on the couch, read my book, and listen to music. They also have TV and soft music playing, a cappuccino machine, and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, which was a nice touch. While I waited, I received two texts. The first was a video from the technician walking me through the maintenance check. It was really cool to see and hear him explain how everything looked underneath the car and to know it was in great condition. The second text was from David letting me know my car was ready. David provided excellent customer service and clearly explained the results of my service. I also really appreciated him taking the time to walk me through a few car features I wasn’t familiar with. If I have to spend a Saturday morning taking care of my car, Culver City Volvo is absolutely the place to do it. Top-notch service all around.
