He took a lot of time answering questions as well as detailing the differences between all of the purchase options, which made it easy for me to decide what worked best for me. Doing the paperwork with the finance department was also a breeze. Victor, the tech person, was incredible. He spent a VERY long time explaining and demonstrating how my car worked and made sure I really understood. As an all electric car with tons of technology, this was an absolute gift. I have never had a car dealership spend any time making sure I truly understood how a car worked. Victor was nothing but patience, and never made me feel as though I was on a time limit. As a result, I am very comfortable operating my car, which is the first non-gas powered car I've owned. If you think you are in the market for a car, visit this dealership. I will go to them for any needs or for a new car in the future, even though there is another Volvo dealership closer to my home.
