Martin, in the service apartment could not have been more helpful. I was in for a good will repair to my air conditioning. Martin went out of his way to make it a good experience, kept me informed and was very kind in all our dealings.

My service guy Josh was exceptional in getting my car into service and explaining in detail what need to be accomplished. I left one star off because I wasn't sufficiently notified of a credit card surcharge added to my final bill. I feel they make a sufficient amount of dough on costs for parts and labor.

Tony gets 5/5 here. He is brilliant, gets you in and out quickly and is the force behind this high volume, high performing dealership. He manages to achieve that volume while treating the customers right.
However, my new car had scratches in the piano black center console trim. It's devastating to get a 80k car and have to see these marks every time I enter my brand new vehicle.
While it may have happened in detail before delivery, I also note that the two product specialists were not very careful with my vehicle. I don't want to list their names, but one twice kinda threw the key(s) into my vehicle near the piano black trim. It was also harsh for the new keys themselves and one of the keys also have a mark. This type of treatment towards such nice vehicles (or any vehicles) is just not acceptable. I don't treat my own car that way when it's ten years old, why is an employee treating a new car that way when it is brand new being delivered to the customer, in front of the customer?
I think I would ask if I bought another vehicle for Tony to move the vehicle out for me and I do things like install the plates and remove the window sticker myself. They're just not careful. I also received some eye rolls from them when they overheard our conversations about the car (positives) with Tony.
We have a car just a few days old and we have to be wishing away the next years until we have a new one, so that I don't have the damaged center console anymore. Devastating.
I also noticed I wasn't asked to write a review when I was in the past. The attitude on this day was really poor from the delivery specialists and we were rushed because they wanted to go home.
UPDATE - I had saved the pictures the dealership took of my car when they put it on sale. I can see at least one of the scratches in the photo. It is deep and you can see it from any angle. 85k car and this is what you are given? I wrote the owner and he did not reply.

Culver City Volvo gave us the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. After having to return our 2024 VW Atlas because it was a lemon, we needed a replacement vehicle quickly, especially since we have a toddler and this is our primary childcare vehicle.
Arlene and Dan were both excellent throughout the entire process. They were attentive, responsive, and communicated clearly and directly by text, which made everything so much easier for us. Unlike other dealerships we dealt with, including Volvo Pasadena and Toyota Alhambra, we never had to chase them down for answers. Their responses were always thorough and on point.
Arlene respected our time, accommodated our schedule, and had everything ready when we arrived. We were in and out within an hour, and the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. It was by far the most pleasant and efficient car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Culver City Volvo.
