  Nothing against vaping or smoking at all but having employees and random homeless looking people hanging around the front door is not a good look to say the least. When you are taking the family on a coastal road trip, encountering unexpected vehicle trouble or needing to perform quick maintenance is always a stressful possibility. During a recent trip up to the area with my wife and our kids, I needed to make a quick stop to grab some supplies, and the AutoZone Auto Parts right on Highway 101 in Crescent City proved to be a fantastic resource. ​As someone who spends a significant amount of time in my own garage turning wrenches and tackling various DIY mechanical and automotive repairs, I can immediately tell when an auto parts store is well-managed. This specific location is brightly lit, and somewhat organized. It is always frustrating to walk into a shop and spend twenty minutes hunting down the correct weight of oil or specific trailer hardware, but the inventory here is logically laid out and easy to navigate. ​The staff at this location really stood out. They are not just mindlessly ringing up transactions; they actually understand automotive components. When I needed to quickly track down a specific fuse and a replacement relay for a minor electrical hiccup we were experiencing, the employee at the counter was knowledgeable, efficient, and eager to help me confirm the correct part numbers. ​Whether you are an experienced home mechanic needing reliable parts to keep a project moving, or simply a traveler needing to top off fluids or replace a worn wiper blade while passing through town, this AutoZone is efficiently run and exceptionally dependable. It provides excellent peace of mind knowing there is a solid parts store right on the main drag. Cheers!

  Went there yesterday. Crew was vaping like a chimney in front of customers. Older guy with white beard was rude and gave me the wrong part. Will never go back. O riley only✌️

  Nice and efficient crew here. They took my battery and charged it, no questions asked. (The battery is the Gold battery, from this AutoZone.) I'm pretty certain that it died because of a bad alternator, they will check that out when I get the car over there...
