  I’ve used Enterprise many times. I appreciate the fact that I can reserve a rental car quickly, easily and conveniently. This last time I reserved my car approximately 20 days in advance with such ease, I was extremely happy… the day I picked up the car, it was ready to go and I was able to pay for additional insurance and leave. Returning the car was just as simple as the pickup.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Covina location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car off Citrus Ave. Daniel, the branch manager, refused to price match a competitor’s rate for the same size vehicle. While I understand that price matching is not always guaranteed, the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. After I mentioned that I would leave a negative review based on my experience, Daniel told me he would not rent me a vehicle at all. I was then left stranded in Covina and had to wait about an hour for someone to pick me up. Regardless of the circumstances, refusing service in that manner and leaving a customer without transportation is unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on this location. I honestly cannot believe someone who handles customers this way is still employed as a manager. I hope upper management takes this matter seriously. My response to Enterprise I have reached out to customer service multiple times. Never got a call back.

  I highly recommend the Enterprise on citrus avenue in Covina. They have a big selection of clean cars. They have friendly and courteous staff. I do not recommend the Enterprise on Azusa in Covina. They have no cars there, and the staff there are rude and not helpful at all. I give them 0 stars..

  If mismanagement were an Olympic sport, this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location would be standing on the podium, waving to the crowd. Not having enough employees is not an "oops," it's a failure. It's Labor Day weekend--the Super Bowl of car rentals--and they had one single human being working the front desk. One. On a Saturday. Are you running a rental agency or a lemonade stand that got out of hand? We arrived at 11:00 AM for a car we had reserved (remember those?), and immediately knew we had made a terrible life choice when we walked in and saw 15-20 people standing around, all with the same thousand-yard stare of regret. The line wasn't moving. Time itself wasn't moving. We didn't get a car until almost 12:30 PM, and when we finally did, it wasn't even the category we reserved. Apparently, "reservation" here just means a suggestion, like speed limits or serving sizes. And let's make it worse--because it does get worse. They didn't just have staffing issues. They had NO CARS. Yes, a car rental business with no cars. People were literally waiting for vehicles to be returned so they could drive off. Cars weren't "not ready." They didn't exist. A bold business model. Sure, the woman at the front desk was polite--but that's like being handed a mint after a root canal performed with a hammer. Politeness doesn't cancel incompetence. One employee trying to hold together a collapsing system isn't customer service--it's damage control theater. Do not rent from here. Actually, don't rent from any Enterprise if you value your time, sanity, or blood pressure. This place has disorganization down to a science. They make DMV wait times feel like Disneyland's FastPass lane. This location is horrible. Save yourself the aggravation. Walk. Take a bus. Rent a scooter. Borrow a shopping cart. You will reach your destination faster--and with far less emotional damage.
