  Went here a wial back to buy a new front lower control arm for my Honda civic and I finally got around to doing the job on my car But when I went to put it on the shop said it was no good and the front ball bolt was stripped and had no nut that’s usually on the bolt either? When I bought the part here at this autozone it came with NO box it was not sealed in plastic like how it usually comes And when I asked the manager why am I getting a part like this? that looks like some one just returned ? I was tould that’s just how it comes . Confused at this point couldn’t really do anything about it I already bought it . Long story short don’t buy anything here unless it comes pre packaged or absolutely brand new They will rip you off and sale you the returned parts to get rid of it ! Not an honest business
