- GPGF PatiñoDec 27, 20251.0Took my son’s vehicle here for an oil change. Upon servicing the car myself a week later, it was clear the engine had been underfilled by approximately 2–3 quarts of oil. Additionally, the front sway bar was reinstalled improperly and were WAY OVERTORQUED. When replacing the alternator, a week later, the sway bar bolts were extremely difficult to remove, by me, my son, even a professional mechanic, to the point of stripping tools to remove. I strongly recommend verifying the oil level immediately after service and double-checking that suspension components—especially sway bar hardware—are torqued to factory specifications. This could have led to serious engine or suspension issues if not caught in time. 1-Star! Their oil change ended up costing us twice. I've never had this problem with the oil changes on the Jiffy Lube on 17th Street. But avoid this particular Jiffy Lube. Lazy and bad habits.
