I’ve just arrived here for an oil change less than an hour before closing, and even then, RJ was super friendly and welcoming. He did a quick check over all my tires, letting me know I still have a lot of life in them. He didn’t try to sell if I didn’t need them now :-) James came over very organized, making sure I’ve got the proper reminder for my next change. Great attitude! I think he even cleaned a little around my engine with the little blower hose. All my fluids got topped off, underneath my car inspection, battery checked, air top-up for my tires, another quick inspection under the hood, maybe more provided. He made sure my oil light was reset, and reset old service lights that already got addressed. Above and beyond service. I really like the guys at this place: positive, fast, and competent! Before I knew it, the job is done and I’m off to my next errand. :) Highly recommended. My car is running great. Eric the manager, please give these hardworking guys a fat raise.
- WCwest coastFeb 2, 20261.0Whatever you do, do NOT GO HERE or any jiffylube or fast oil change place for that matter. Ever. Go to a mechanic or your car dealership. I got my oil change done here and while the customer service is 10/10 they do not know what they are doing. This past weekend my oil light came on (only 1,000 miles after the change mind you on a 15k mile car!) because when it was serviced here THEY PUT THE OIL GASKET ON WRONG SO IT HAS BEEN LEAKING THE ENTIRE TIME……… when I checked my oil level it was EMPTY. This can cause permanent damage to car engines and I will be opening a claim after a mechanic checks out my car. Avoid at all costs. Apparently Jiffy is infamous for wrecking peoples cars from negligence because they do NOT train their employees well nor do they pay them enough. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
