  Serious customer service deficiencies in a female cashier. Bad attitude. Never will shop at Auto Zone. Only takes one bad apple.

  After a weekend of bad service from many places, I felt compelled to write about the one place I went to that actually provided great service. Jose, who I think is the manager, was so nice. He explained what battery I needed in terms that a non-car person could understand. He installed the battery for me right away even though the store was somewhat busy. He was friendly and funny as well. I will definitely return here.

  I called around 8:40 PM on May 28 to ask about a brake light replacement, and I’ve rarely experienced someone so dismissive and condescending over such a simple question. Instead of offering help, the person I spoke with made the interaction extremely uncomfortable. I left the call feeling like I had done something wrong just by asking. He shouldn’t be answering calls. Terrible experience. I won’t be coming in.
