  We have been Safelite customers for years. Their quality of service & quick service is truly amazing. The best part is they have Home Service - they can come to your home for the same price! You can continue to get work done at home while your windshield is being worked on.

  Booked an appointment online and paid for my windshield. Was told they would be to me between 12pm-4pm. 4pm comes with no tech arriving. Called and was told we don’t have a tech available. Did they call me before to tell me they were overbooked? NO they left waiting for a tech to show up. Went with safelite because of the name and regret that decision. Could have saved some money and got it done the day I was originally going to get it done. If they didn’t already have my money I would have used someone else but was told it would take 5-7 days for the refund to process. They came 2 days later and completed the install. I will say my technician was very apologetic after I explained the situation and did a great job. Asked the office for a manager to reach out and asked the technician for a manager to call and still no call from a manager.

  My review is a bit late, but none the less I would like to praise Safelite for helping me get my windshield taken care of. It all starts with the receptionist at the Corona, CA location and a hot cup of coffee ☕. The receptionist had a technician inspect the crack, it was beyond repair. So she found me a new windshield and scheduled me an appointment early the next day, right where my truck was parked. Everything turned out to be convenient for me and I proceeded with my schedule, without any delays. The service repair man, was young, strong, and professional, he tackled the job single handedly. Thanks to everyone who took a part in making me feel like a Big Shot, everyone who asked was given "Safelite". I didn't ask for business cards, otherwise I would have passed them out.😊

  This was my 1st time ever using safelite. All in all, I was very satisfied. My appointment was handled well, my car was well taken care of, installation was done meticulously and properly, so I am 100% satisfied and absolutely would recommend safelite to anyone especially if you're using your comprehensive insurance. The entire process from beginning to end was very easy and effortless.

  Although AAA contacted Safelite for me, as well as made the appointment for me, I was was very impressed at their coordination and partnership. Once Safelite took over, I was impressed with their dedication to keeping me informed and updated. Chris, the technician, was friendly, helpful, and skilled. I've always heard good things about Safelite, but now I've experienced them and can confirm that they are fantastic!
