When I arrived to my appointment I was told it would be $1,000 (my insurance deductible) because they had to calibrate my windshield. All communication I received prior said they DO NOT recalibrate. Dealership charges $85 for that service. I asked them to just do installation and I would have dealership recalibrate and they refused. The situation felt like a bait and switch. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
