  I was going through the car wash but was met by a very rude team member named Jaxon, he shunned my request for assistance and actively ignored me as I fanned for his assistance.

  I have a Toyota rav4 2025 I took to wash and the windshield washer slash type crack on my windshield made a complain took whole week to tell me they will not fix because my windshield was crack and pitted when ask for pictures she would not show I’m so mad my truck I only had for 2 months brand new and some one told don’t take brand new cars there get hand wash so disappointed on the manager lying be careful people this place won’t take responsibility ! Bad Bad customer treatment like I said my car did not have nothing like you are saying you would not come to car and check my windshield one of the workers to a picture of windshield my car was intact you are not going to come and tell me other wise that’s the tactic you use that’s ok I just put this so other people be careful
