  Thank you so much to the two gentlemen who helped me at this location! On my way home from work in Anaheim, I hit a pothole and my tire popped. I looked up the nearest tire shop and pulled in, and they greeted and assisted me immediately. I truly appreciated how quickly and kindly they helped during such a stressful moment!

  Pedro is a life saver! I got TWO nails in my tires on my drive home from work. It was late and I was worried how I would go about getting the tires replaced. I called around and they were close to closing time but Pedro Pedro was amazing and said he would help me out. Him and his coworker (sorry I didnt get his name) worked fast and helped get my car straightened out. I am so grateful to them for the help! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and ask for Pedro!

  What started as a simple free brake check turned into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We walked in expecting honest advice and left paying $498.30 for a hub that was damaged while they were working on our vehicle. There were two bolts that were spinning and wouldn’t come out. We were told they could remove them from the back for $220, but instead they cut the bolts, which damaged the hub. Suddenly, we were being told we had to pay for a brand-new hub — for damage that occurred in their shop. To make matters worse, while replacing the hub they broke the axle and initially wanted us to pay for that as well. After pushing back, they finally agreed to cover the axle, but we were still stuck paying for the hub. After nearly $500, we still don’t even have new brakes, which was the entire reason we came in. It’s deeply disappointing to leave with more problems than we arrived with. They also damaged the rim when trying to get the bolts off. We have been loyal customers for 25 years, and this experience completely shattered the trust we had built over decades. The lack of accountability and care was shocking. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.

  Bought my own tires and came in at 5pm on a Saturday. They installed all 4 tires and had me out before closing at 6pm! The incredible teamwork of the staff showed off their professionalism and checking of each others work. Very clean shop, very polite staff and excellent work!! Tyler did the majority of the install and Pedro oversaw everything. I didn't get the names of the other team members, but they all did their part! I was very impressed!!
