Help me find the right one for my Vehichle and helped me weigh the pros and cons of my options of batteries. Got me my battery my corrosion prevention kit and even offered me tools to replace the battery in the parking lot to avoid the core charge. I was prepared though and brought my own tools but he gave me the option of using the tools in case the ones I brought didnt work. I even noticed after I took the bad battery out to purchase the new one and do the core swap he had the tools waiting for me in case I needed them. A real stand up guy and this location is lucky to have him working there! Appreciate the help Brian!

The counter people are decent but twice now the gave me the wrong belt because our engines has air conditioning even after I asked if it's the correct part with air (after the first time). The wait is OK but you'll likely have to wait 10 minutes or so. OK here's the best part. They usually have the right parts in stock, so that's a big plus!

Brandon C. helped us, and he went out of his way to give us the assistance we needed. He truly went "above and beyond" the call of duty, as we had some issues removing the old ignition coil. With Brandon's help, we "got 'er done" and the truck runs great now. Plus, he pointed out that the part was covered under warranty, so we were able to exchange the old one for the new one for no charge. Thanks so much, Brandon C. You are an asset to Auto Zone, and to this store in particular. We are grateful for your assistance.
