There was no attempt to honor the appointment or offer a reasonable solution like rescheduling. If appointments don’t actually mean anything, customers should be told that upfront. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Professional and courteous service, easy and straightforward explanation, no upsells or unnecessary work. They took the time to explain the right product for my car and also took on my unusual car make with odd quarter panel windows that are a little challenging. Fantastic job on my Fisker! This is the place to go!
