  Came in needing a passenger side axle for a 2012 Camry. I confirmed with the employee multiple times that I needed the passenger side. Instead of focusing on the part numbers, the employee (older guy with the long braid/dread) was more focused on making small talk and commenting on my hair. Because he wasn't paying attention, he sold me a driver-side axle. This one mistake spiraled into a 4-hour ordeal involving three different cities. Also had to get two refunds because the manager at the other Autozone (the main hub in Pomona) I went to after ended up selling me the wrong part, AGAIN. Check your parts before you leave the store; the staff is too distracted to get it right the first time. It costed me serval hundred dollars plus my time, flagged my bank for fraud because of all the refunds/transactions and in the end, I still never got the correct part until I said forget it and just went to o’reilys. Side note, O’reilys got it right the 1st time AND was 50$ cheaper. Autozone is a complete joke. Do not come here.

  Called to be on hold which is fine but never answered after waiting almost half hour ill go somewhere else simple.
