At the time, it was frustrating because I was paying for a service and felt like I wasn’t receiving it. That said, the company followed up with me, called me directly, and genuinely asked how they could help. They were kind, understanding, and acknowledged that mistakes happen. I really appreciated them taking the time to reach out and assist me where they could—it made a big difference. As for the device itself, it really isn’t as difficult to use as some people say. I do understand the challenges, especially as someone with asthma—there are moments when catching your breath can be harder. But if you follow the instructions closely, use the app as directed, and avoid the foods and drinks they warn you about beforehand, it works just fine. I haven’t had any false positives so far (knock on wood). Overall, I appreciate the follow-up, the customer service, and the support they provided.
