I was also shown my air and cabin filter that we're replaced during the last oil change about six thousand miles ago. I asked the woman if it was time to replace them she said it is recommended. On the receipt, there was a box checked that.I did not want my old parts returned to me, i was never asked that question. On top of everything they didn't even have a sticker for my windshield. It complaint with the bureau of automotive repair is soon to follow.

They didn't remove the filter and didn't screw on one of the caps. Never use Jiffy Lube! Go pay a mobile mechanic. They charged me extra for my European older car, didn't give me expectational customer service when I was there, and now I'm dealing with a broken engine.
