  Please avoid this rent a car the car is full with smell i took twice but both times and both car has weed smell and my total was 1146$ but they charge me 1265$ the reason is because they making excuses they didn’t told me to bring the car back on sunday and put the key in box but i came two times on sunday and aslo I called them and overall they said no we dont need to tell you about please make sure when you make reservations about the price for them its easy to do scam with people avoid

  I have been to this particular enterprise in concord ca. On monument blvd .about three times this past year..it is a very clean and comfortable and convenient location. All of the employees are very professional pleasant and courteous..they helped me choose a car similar to my car easier for me to handle.. It was aLways a , very easy transaction .they could not have been nicer. I definitely recommend that location of enterprise.

  I've been visiting this place for nearly a year now, and since I currently don't own a car, I've been renting from here. During my time, I've had the pleasure of meeting a truly sincere individual named Nelson. I want to express my gratitude for everything he does. His customer service is exceptional—he consistently goes the extra mile. Nelson ensures that his clients are well taken care of and leave feeling satisfied with both the rental and the overall experience! Nelson truly deserves a raise or a well-earned vacation along with a great promotion! People like him are hard to find these days. Not everyone goes the extra mile for their clients or even for new customers. But with Nelson, you can always expect honest advice and assurance that you'll leave feeling satisfied.As I believe he is one of your top performers and a vital asset to this company.

  A1 service all around. My car was wrecked by a haphazard driver so I visited Enterprise to rent a vehicle, the team were more than upstanding to get me situated with a safe vehicle rental.
