  I needed a new tire in a matter of minutes. My tire was flat luckily it was able to be patched . Upon inspection of my other tires my front tire was balding . Literally had wires coming out of it so needed a new tire. We called the closest place within a mile of where I was . This tire shop was the closest . My friend called for me to compare prices and ask questions I didn’t know to ask . The girl over the phone was very friendly and helpful. She informed us there was a tire available and the price she quoted sounded great . We went to the shop upon arrival the manager was not as warm and friendly . He quoted us a higher price and informed us the tire offered over the phone was intact not available . He had only one of that kind in stock and it was already promised to another customer. From when we called and got to the shop it was not even 30 minutes . I informed the manager what his staff quoted us over the phone . I asked if he could honor the price quoted with a different tire ? At first he said no ! He didn’t even try to think about the question he just responded no. I then told him that he should honor the price quoted over the phone since that is the only reason I came to his establishment. My friends dad was with me and also asked for some sort of accommodations . After we basically gave him a hard time for not wanting to provide the service promised he agreed to the price over the phone . Unfortunately the girl who quoted us was on lunch and not available to confirm. He then told me it would be about 2-4 hrs of a wait even tho the girl said about 30 minutes to 1 hour over the phone . I informed him of this and he said unfortunately there are cars ahead of you but I’ll try to get it done sooner . I think total time was about 2-3 hours . Overall I was disappointed in the managers customer service. I felt like he could of been more helpful and accommodating. After picking my car up the girl was there from over the phone . She did apologize for any misunderstanding but sadly the manger didn’t really say much . Will I go back ? Probably not . I paid 164.00 for 1 tire

  My elderly In-Laws needed my help finding a new set of tires for their vehicle. I found Tire Choice Auto Service Centers - Concord via the internet. I went there directly and spoke to David who took his time to listen and understand my situation. We went over the different tire options available and he even odered the tires to be delivered from the warehouse without having me prepay. David took my word I would return upon the scheduled appointment date. On the day of my appointment, David called to let me know the tires had arrived. I made my appointment time and the installation was completed in a timely fashion (about 2.5 hrs.). In a time of average to terrible customer service that people usually get, it was nothing but a great customer service experience that I received. Thank you David, Mel!
