Tire Choice Auto Service Centers (Concord) broke all four of my wheel center hub caps during service on December 19, 2025, and promised to order replacements. After weeks of waiting and checking in, I never received a single update. It’s obvious they had no intention of fixing their own mistake. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.
