    First of all, they gave me a car other than what I actuallly reserved that was supposed to be available. Because making a revelation online says so. They gave me a car with a constant flat tire and mechanical issues and gas leak! On top of that! Then had to call customer service twice and got routed to the Philippines only to get lied to about a call I’m supposed to receive to swap cars. Oh that didn’t come. I had to just go out my way to the office only to get turned away. And I’m a plus member. Not that that matters at all to them. Or customer service. I then was given a van over again what I actually rented. But there was a premium and a luxury right there! I was first yall gave me a car with issues then a van with expired Michigan tags! A year expired mind you! Such an inconvenience that I’m possibly filing a complaint if I still get charged and don’t get a week of free rental and my money back . Next time fox rental or sixt will have my future biz. My bizness actually rent multiple cars . Bet that don’t comtinue. Sol business services. I asked for a luxury then a premium. I’m down for those and I got a van . Y couldn’t u cancel someone who’s reserved like u did me?

    Staff were friendly, car was as described, check-out and return process were easy. The check-out staff member changed my car in my favour after I'd spent a while videoing the car to check-out, only to discover it had a strong cigarette smell inside. The car had no problems, and all worked well. Well done!

    This place sukcs never have the cars you pay for just puts you in anything have me a car with dog hair and dog food still in it the said I when I gave the car back it smelled like smoke when I dont even smoke just assuming because I sprayed to get rid of the dog smell I was trying to cover up I was gonna make a review but they suck should have known when I was picking up my first rental so women was yelling about her deposit and them doing something wrong
