  I've been visiting this place for nearly a year now, and since I currently don't own a car, I've been renting from here. During my time, I've had the pleasure of meeting a truly sincere individual named Nelson. I want to express my gratitude for everything he does. His customer service is exceptional—he consistently goes the extra mile. Nelson ensures that his clients are well taken care of and leave feeling satisfied with both the rental and the overall experience! Nelson truly deserves a raise or a well-earned vacation along with a great promotion! People like him are hard to find these days. Not everyone goes the extra mile for their clients or even for new customers. But with Nelson, you can always expect honest advice and assurance that you'll leave feeling satisfied.As I believe he is one of your top performers and a vital asset to this company.

  A1 service all around. My car was wrecked by a haphazard driver so I visited Enterprise to rent a vehicle, the team were more than upstanding to get me situated with a safe vehicle rental.

  I had a fantastic experience picking up my rental car today, thanks entirely to the young man assisting me. Juiwan was the epitome of professional and courteous service, greeting me with a warm smile and handling all the paperwork with impressive efficiency.   The Enterprise branch on Monument in Concord is one of the best locations I have visited in a long time. While I have also had positive experiences at the Antioch branch, the Concord location is particularly convenient for me. The manager is consistently professional, welcoming, and courteous, and the entire staff upholds the same high standard of service. Which to me is a testament of management. Whenever I visit, my vehicle is ready for pickup, and the entire process is typically completed in less than 10 minutes. The staff is never rude or rushed, and they handle any challenges professionally without displaying negative attitudes or placing blame on the customer. At other branches, I have unfortunately experienced situations where customers were blamed for issues beyond their control, but that has never happened here. At this branch, I always feel valued. My vehicle is always ready, pickup is quick and straightforward, and phone calls are answered promptly and courteously. If for some reason, they have to call you back they will actually call you back. This level of customer service is truly appreciated. Other branches could certainly benefit from following the excellent example set by both this location and the Antioch branch. Additionally, I appreciate the convenience of this branch’s location on Monument it is right next to Costco, so I can easily refuel the car before returning it. There are also several other shopping options nearby, which makes the entire experience even more convenient. Thank You! Mrs. Lloyd
