She made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left on both days. She went above and beyond from answering all of my questions to crunching numbers and giving advice etc. Leon was so kind and genuine and very helpful as well. From the time I rang the bell to him taking pics of me getting into my new (to me) car. I love that they talked to me about things other than buying a car, which helped me feel like I was not just another customer. I never felt rushed even though I’m sure they were very busy and I can bet they treat every customer the same way. I would also like to give kudos to the young lady who so graciously greeted me every time I came in. ( I feel bad that I cannot remember her name). You have an outstanding team of people at Enterprise in Concord. I know that when/if I buy another car I will go back to enterprise. I am already recommending enterprise to my family and friends.
