I dotn normally leave reviews or needed to talk to the manager but my recent transaction with this place warranted for one so that no body else experiences what I had went through. I came in for oil and oil filter, and the only cashier at the time of Wednesday at 6pm was Edwin, who was currently helping a different cashier a African American woman who was outside fixing their personal car. Not sure why the employees were working on their personal cars on company time but I was told to wait until they were done doing their own thing. Once I was being serviced I asked the cashier to find me engine oil and filter for my car. Edwin for some reason was confrontational from the start. He was extremely rude and was pissed off for helping me. All I came in for was for two products but he was just too pissed off befusse ge needed to help me find those two things. He was extremely confrontational when and just kept telling me to pick it up myself. For some reason he wouldn't stop trying to argue with me, all I asked for was what type of oil and filter i needed and he kept trying to argue at me. I kept trying to end the argument but he just kept going like he just wanted to argue. I don't know this person, I didn't do anything to warrant such a response, he was just an employee that just wanted to start a fight with a customer. At multiple points I just told him I needed to speak to a manager but every single time he just wanted to stir up another argument. I had to wait several minutes while Edwin tried stating an argument while I kept my cool and silence waiting for the manager. I rarely ever have to speak to a manager nad have never had to experience an employee statt fights with customers until now. The employees name was Edwin a 5/10 hispanic male with tattoos on his arm sleeves. Please avoid talking to this employee and just go to a different store.
