Came from out of town and had a hard time getting them to put the number in writing before I left. They kept saying they're "not that kind of dealer," they absolutely are that kind of dealer. Had financing set up with my credit union, told them I didn't want to sign a credit check. Salespersons trying to get information acting like making casual conversation so he could run it. I left for 10 minutes to fuel up the car we came in, my son was signing the final paperwork and they had him sign for two keys even though they only gave him one. Told him to go to the dealer (not Ford, this was a used Subaru) and they would give him another one. Obviously that is not happened. All things being said if you can get the same car for the same price somewhere else, that would be my suggestion.
