    I went here for my first warranty repair on my class C RV purchased from Camping World in Valencia. Total nightmare. First they never told us that any issue we had came with a $79.80 price tag. Five issues that we had and $328 later, our warranty only covered 1 of the five. My door wouldn't close so $79.80 to lube it, some molding was coming down in the bunk, $79.80 to add some double sided tape, the awning was missing pins (that should have been there upon inspection) $79.80 to add the pins and adjust it. The water leak was repaired, but when I asked about the water damage, I was told, well you didn't say anything about water damage, you have to be blind to not see it. So learned a very expensive lesson and have a $40,000+ motorhome with visible water damage that I now have to try to find the materials to match my wood and repair it myself. Not to mention trying to find an honest RV repair shop that won't gouge us.

    The staff was helpful but the inventory wasn’t ideal. I came in during a 2 month camping trip with a big list and was only able to get a few items.
