  I had a great experience working with my car agent Kim at Nissan of serramonte, colma, CA. He was very patient throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. He was also very responsible and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Overall, I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car agent.

  I went to Nissan serramonte to buy used car but instead I end up of buying new car for my daughter. Amal the manager really help us to decide .People at Nissan are very friendly and willing to help. They gave us a good deal! Thank you amel and Adam for your time!!!

  I don't know if there is a name for the opposite of "Buyers Remorse", but if there is, Aemal and the sales staff at Nissan of Serramonte has certainly made me feel that way many times over since we left the dealership. The closer we got to Sacramento the better I felt. Thanks for the expirence! I hope you made a killing off of me, because the experience was totally worth every penny. I thought I was buying a car from a car guy, but instead I ran into a Salesman what great luck. Aemal, You're a dieing breed.. you are a Pro!, and you make a pretty damn good cup of hot chocolate (according to my son). We will be doing business again my friend. No doubt about that! Because in my situation, I don't have time for messing around. I call it as I see it. Thanks again for the great service!
