  I had an overall amazing experience. Every employee I came in contact with was a complete gem. My whole experience start to finish was so easy, they made it a breeze and not time-consuming at all. Had everything ready for me all I had to do was a few steps on my end. I’m so thankful for the staff at the Colma location for making my rental car experience enjoyable. The check-in process when I received the car was great, the employee was so friendly and kind and respectful. Same as when I dropped off the vehicle. It was such an easy experience. The car condition as well was very clean and ready for me to take. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future when needed.

  Very easy to rent a car from here. It was my first time renting a car so I was unprepared and confused at times but everyone was patient and helpful. Jason is very kind and helped me get my rental situated.
