  Very easy to rent a car from here. It was my first time renting a car so I was unprepared and confused at times but everyone was patient and helpful. Jason is very kind and helped me get my rental situated.

  I dropped in at the end of the day and during the holiday season, so naturally there was a limited selection of vehicles to choose from. Sydney and Quiana assisted me, and despite having worked the entire day were incredibly kind and helpful. The fast and exceptional service that I received left me feeling happier and less stressed than when I drove in, which is rarely a statement I can make about customer service in most cases. Huge thank you to both of them, and to Jason who helped when I returned with the rental. I was happy to see Sydney and Quiana there when I returned the car as well, and they were just as kind and helpful as I remembered them. Awesome team. Thank you for your kindness and for providing me with exceptional service regardless of the circumstances and time of day. I 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone who needs a rental vehicle and is looking for a quick, smooth, and delightful experience. Thank you!!

  I’m being very generous by giving three stars I had reservations. I was told I was getting a Nissan rogue when I went to enterprise, I waited and waited. Some lady had just rented a Mitsubishi Mirage and turned it in the same day. Well guess who that that went to me I told the agent that I’m claustrophobic and you know and that that car was missing for hubcaps, but it didn’t even look like I looked like a it’s just not a nice car or a safe car. I feel like I couldn’t breathe in there and the agents knew that but they didn’t care. I just had to pay for 35 days of that car because every time I call to be upgraded that they said that no one was turning in their cars. There’s no cars will call you will call you will call you no one ever calls Dan time I got a phone call was to come sign the paper so then I can see enterprise if you get paid for me renting a car that I never was supposed to have anyways, and they weren’t trying to fix the situation at all I think I should get some money back on that on this rental car you know I had to do another contract with them and I still got that same car and Nelson. I think his name is said I’ll call you at six. I’ll probably be a car coming in well no he didn’t call me. I got a text at six stating something like thank you for your business which I think was that on purpose cause he knew how upset I was you know what can I do with this car? Where can I go to enjoy myself? I can’t breathe and then I felt like it’s closing on me. If I pick up my grandkids, it’s gonna fill him in tighter plus they went off in the car like this has been a horrible experience. It’s a horrible experience and I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else to be put in an unsafe car and your health conditions just be disregarded.
