  I had a great experience purchasing my Ford at Future Ford in Clovis, thanks to Franklin Simmons. Franklin provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was honest, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, transparent, and there was no pressure at all. He truly listened to what I wanted and worked to make it happen. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Franklin Simmons. He made my car-buying experience smooth and stress-free!

  Used to love coming to this place. Was currently looking into purchasing a Ford Bronco or trade-in for a new truck. Couldn’t really make a call because of bad reception when I was at work. The salespeople I would talk to, their shift would end maybe at 6, which is the time I would be out of work. Went through two salesmen and a manager to workout a deal. However, their communications effort is nowhere to be found. Communication on terms of looking for vehicles or seeing what deal we would work out, was non-existent. Went through three people…can’t even get some sort of reply back. One couldn’t get my name right. I would seriously look at another Ford dealership than this one. It’s not what it used to be. I should also note that my family had been coming here when it used to be Decker Ford and John Villalobos was their preferred salesman. We’ve had Gary Rau sell us a vehicle as well.

  My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences at Future Ford of Clovis! We were able to make an appointment, all the salesmen were gentlemen, the receptionist was kind, sweet and welcoming. Tony Verret, our sales rep has been with us in our purchases in the past and again he was such a blessing again on our recent purchase and in assisting us on an app for our vehicle. We definitely love working with him. Travis Hamilton was awesome and was thorough in going over our paperwork and completing the transaction. From those outside, inside, every rep in sales and automotive and the mechanics have and are awesome, wonderful know their stuff and from our family we want to say “Thank you!” Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s!

  Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice front desk woman. She helped with finding salesman, Bret Martin. I was at Future Ford to trade in an Explorer (we bought new here) and check out the new Explorers. Bret was professional and very easy to talk with. He walked me over to the Explorers on the lot and helped me quickly find the one with the options I liked. During the test drive, Bret engaged in casual conversation and explained the features of the vehicle clearly and accurately. Following the test drive, Bret made the negotiations process smooth and facilitated a deal I was satisfied with. Following this, I met with Fernando to go over the finance details. This was also a smooth and easy process. Fernando was friendly and nice to work with. The whole process took about 3 hours and I left with a brand new Ford. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and I never once felt pressured to buy. This is why I will continue to visit Future Ford first when it comes to purchasing a new Ford.
