Everyone greeted me when they saw me and treated me with respect. I was helped multiple times during my rental month but it was mainly Steven M. He was AWESOME!! Super nice, friendly and professional. I'll definitely be using them again

Had a reservation for a large suv made the reservation through Enterprise online and and had family from out of town went to pick up the vehicle and they rented the vehicle out from under me!! December 26th had confirmation spoke to manager told me he would try to locate something and call me ... I never heard back from him had to take two cars for the # of people in our party was a nightmare for parking in a big town etc!
