    Do not rent from this location... Had a reservation for a large suv made the reservation through Enterprise online and and had family from out of town went to pick up the vehicle and they rented the vehicle out from under me!! December 26th had confirmation spoke to manager told me he would try to locate something and call me ... I never heard back from him had to take two cars for the # of people in our party was a nightmare for parking in a big town etc!

    Not being paid to say this but I just had to come on here and say thank you to Juan. Wonderful service, made things very easy, extremely friendly and personable. God bless him and his family and the staff at Enterprise. Never had such a smooth experience renting a car in my life.

    I want to personally give these 5 stars to Gracie. I had a very difficult time these past two weeks with a car accident , crappy Allstate insurance and just an overwhelming and stressful time in general. When no one else would Gracie listened to me without over talking or interrupting me , allowing me to voice frustrations and help me come up with a game plan for this rental . She helped me manage when I was financially struggling and made me feel heard when no one else at that location did. A bit of kindness and compassion go a long way. I recommend Gracie at this location. She showed outstanding customer service.
