  1/8/26 – 5:50 PM I felt compelled to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee named Jesse. Jesse delivered, without question, the best customer service I’ve experienced to date and as a retail business owner myself, that’s a compliment I don’t give lightly. Not only did Jesse quickly help me find the correct windshield wipers for my wife’s BMW, but he also installed them proactively without being asked. The entire process took more or less than 5 minutes; efficient, professional, and seamless. This is the caliber of employee every employer hopes to have! Jesse, keep up this exceptional work ethic; it will undoubtedly take you far! Thank you again for the outstanding service!!!👏👍

  Stopped by to buy a new battery and asked if I was able to get some help to swap it out. Daniel J was very helpful in doing so and very informative as well. He didn't take long at all to change it out. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, and he genuinely seems like he enjoys helping people. I wish there were more people with his character in this world.

  Just left and one employee tried to fight me. Two employees were in their personal vehicle and sped around a blind corner in the parking lot and tried to drift and made me and another vehicle stop. They got out and ran into Autozone, so I walked in and asked, "where are the two employees who just came in?" that's when I was greeted by a different employee who started yelling and cussing in front of all the customers in the store and tried fighting me as I was walking out of the store, pretending to be held back by his coworker.
