Jesse delivered, without question, the best customer service I’ve experienced to date and as a retail business owner myself, that’s a compliment I don’t give lightly. Not only did Jesse quickly help me find the correct windshield wipers for my wife’s BMW, but he also installed them proactively without being asked. The entire process took more or less than 5 minutes; efficient, professional, and seamless. This is the caliber of employee every employer hopes to have! He didn't take long at all to change it out. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, and he genuinely seems like he enjoys helping people. I wish there were more people with his character in this world.

Two employees were in their personal vehicle and sped around a blind corner in the parking lot and tried to drift and made me and another vehicle stop. They got out and ran into Autozone, so I walked in and asked, "where are the two employees who just came in?" that's when I was greeted by a different employee who started yelling and cussing in front of all the customers in the store and tried fighting me as I was walking out of the store, pretending to be held back by his coworker.
