  Went in early Tuesday morning and I had the pleasure of having Morgan help me! She was absolutely amazing! She was super nice, very knowledgeable and made my experience overall outstanding! If you ever need to go to an autozone I would highly recommend this location and asking for Morgan!

  I needed a new battery. AAA came and let me know they couldn’t replace my battery because I needed a special “AGM” battery. So, they suggested I go to my local automotive shop. After calling a local Clovis shop I had visited in the past, I was quoted over $500 for the battery plus install. I figured I should call Autozone just to see if they had that battery and to compare the cost. Figured my neighbor could help me install one if I just purchased one to save some money. But…. AUTOZONE had the battery for around $300 and they installed it for free! Additionally, a nice employee named Max welcomed me to the “Zone” and took great care of me. He was able to get me what I needed and he even installed my battery and knew exactly what to do. He was the real MVP! The best part is, I saved about $200 and my neighbor didn’t have to lift a finger. I literally walked in and left less than 15 min later. Highly recommend.

  Alexandria Borunda went above and beyond during my quick stop at this Auto Zone. I could see that she was already busy helping out another customer but she certainly knew about my presence as soon as I walked in the door. As I struggled to find the part so I walked over to the counter and right away she asked how she could help me out. I explained her my situation and she walked me over to the right aisle and knew exactly where and what she was looking for. I asked her if she wanted to look at my car and see if she could identify the proper fit for my car since they have many generic equivalent parts. She offered to take a look at my car without any hesitation and found the proper fit for it. I have to say that from start to finish she made me feel welcomed and assured that I would not leave the store without helping me find the right part. Alexandria is very knowledgeable and you happen to stop by when she's there rest assure that she will do everything to help you out as well. If you're the manager and are reading this you need to know that Alexandria deserves a raise :) Thank you Alexandria :)

  I would like to give credit for the removal and installation of my windshield wipers from Morgan (autozone employee) at this location. She conducted herself very professionally and gave me a beneficial teaching moment with my new purchase. Thank you Autozone!

  Linta was AMAZING I dont normally write reviews but her customer service over the phone and the customer service in store was outstanding. She helped us replace a battery that AAA misdiagnosed and had us up and running with a new one in less than 20 minutes. Some people were hesitant to help based on the battery placement but she hopped right in to help. Her skill set is a asset to your company and I hope you keep her around. You need more service reps like her!
