- JWjohnny wareJan 2, 20262.0I am a little flustered this morning as the parts that I need are hard to find and pricey. I decided to visit Auto Zone to get a price check of the items that I needed and was relieved to see that there was no one in the store but one other person who was just about done with the ( we will call him the parts guy) the parts guy. There were a couple other things that I needed to also get so I went to look at the paint and seen it was a little higher. I don't want to get of track at what happened there. The parts guy was helping a lady who seems to have lost her card and by the look on his face was not pleased about it. So I was waiting for her to finish her transaction, standing a little behind her when all of the sudden the parts guy decided he didn't like where I was standing. He was pretty much done with his only other customer in the store when he said very point blank, almost like when your punishing your kids for getting in trouble at school " STAND RIGHT HERE!" with the motion of his hand putting a spell on me to move now. The other customer was startled at the command that was giving to me. I was embarrassed and pissed! Why was he being so rude? I've never seen this guy before, I just wanted a price check and maybe a little help if he knew how to fix what I was doing. Needless to say I just looked at him and walked out the door telling him to have a good day. I don't know why people get jobs that they know there going to hate. This guy was no customer service guy. In no way shape and form did he want to help me find what I need. After I left the store the manager was outside smoking a cigarette and I informed him what had happened and he kinda just blew it off. I know this is a review so let me some it up. All the employees that I came in contact with didn't not even say hi or goodmoring or even nod for that matter. There not very friendly there at all. So if your a this is your store. I gave then 2stars because the store was clean but that's it. I will not shop there until some kinda management shake up is done Thank you
