    I recently went to purchase a brand new car at Claremont Toyota. We were between the Corolla and the cross . Antonio was supper helpful on our visit and showed us every car we wanted to see. He answered every question we had and made sure we got the car that we really wanted. The car that we wanted was not in there lot at the moment but he went out of his way and checked then they were getting a shipment for us to secure the car we loved. When it was time to make the deal he made it really easy for us to negotiate , as well as Henry from finance help us out to get the best price possible. And comfortable for us. Antonio kept me updated every step of the process while we were waiting for our car , when it finally came in he made sure everything was ready for us to take the car home . I truly recommend him . Thank you for the great experience.

    Not recommended at all, and I didn't buy a car from them! First off, they ran my wife's credit and mine without our consent. They are very sneaky in the way they deal with their customers. They made me feel rushed to make a decision, and they would not break down the cost of the truck we were negotiating. None of the numbers they provided made any sense, even when I asked them questions. I don't recommend this place; be very careful when dealing with the salesmen here.

    I had a fantastic car-buying experience with JohnWill. He helped me get the best deal I was hoping for and was patient, professional, and always positive throughout the process. He really went the extra mile—making sure the car was freshly washed before I took it home and following up afterward to ensure everything was going smoothly. Since I’m not very tech-savvy, I especially appreciated how he took the time to sync my phone, set up the radio and media, and walk me through all the basic features of the car before I left the dealership. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service!

    Went in looking for a 2026 Toyota Camry, after speaking to the sales rep we could not come up with an agreement on the pricing so we decided to just leave as we were getting up to leave my boyfriend tried shaking the reps hand and the rep refused to shake his hand because “we did not make a deal” he literally said I’m not going to shake your hand because we did not make a deal!! That was so unprofessional and disrespectful!! things escalated a little but Muhammad was there and diffused the situation a little and was able to get us a little bit of a better price and got us with a new rep, the car ended up getting sold to another customer. We will still be returning tomorrow to look at another car with the new rep we were assigned and we are hoping this visit will be a lot better and will be work out a good deal.

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Toyota of Claremont was genuinely frustrating and concerning. During the leasing process, the terms did not remain consistent. The pricing and mileage discussed earlier were changed at the time of signing, and items that had been mentioned before (such as side steps and temporary insurance) were no longer included. The process felt rushed and unclear, especially when decisions had to be made quickly under different terms than initially discussed. After finally taking delivery of the vehicle, I discovered it only came with one key, which was never disclosed beforehand. For a new lease vehicle, this was unexpected and disappointing. I’ve tried to address these issues, but the response so far has been minimal and did not resolve the situation in a meaningful way. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and consistency. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to carefully review every detail, confirm all terms in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances during the process. I hope the dealership or Toyota corporate will step in to resolve this properly.
