  So I went there just recently for an oil change, and they told me that I had one of my license plate lights out, and quoted me at only $10 to fix it. Just now as I saw the back of my car, I saw the light hanging from my trunk and realized that they must have broken one of the tabs off of the light casing. This made the light loose and caused it to fall out of the back door, and caused it to fill up with water from the rain a day ago. What is so frustrating about this is not that something was broken, these things happen. What’s frustrating is that Jiffy Lube didn’t tell me anything about it. I will not be coming to this location ever again. That’s just pathetic.

  I hardly ever leave reviews but I was genuinely blown away at the service here. They were all so friendly and accommodating, and helped us find the best price. This is the first jiffy lube I’ve ever been to where I felt stress free. Worth the drive here even if you live far away like us!

  Said they tightened the battery terminals. Nope Driving home had a stop to make. Got back in car and no power.. Popped the hood and one battery terminal is just Lying on top of the post as loose as can be - Saying you performed a service and then you don’t do it - poor service. That has not been my experience at this location over 8 years of service. So I will overlook it but now I’m on guard to verify what had been done.

  First of all just WOW! Impressive customer service. This is my 2nd time using this Jiffy Lube location sense I purchased my car and both times the experience has been nothing short of amazing! These days it seems very rare to find people any any line of work who not only do their job very well, but also go above and beyond and this team is it! From the time I pulled in to the moment I got in my car and pulled off, every interaction with every team member was great! When I was leaving g there was not ONE member of the team that did not say “Thank you! Have a great day!” I mean even the guy underground working on a car shouted it and all of them had genuine smiles on their faces when they treated me and when they saw me off! Also they do wonderful work that I can trust my car is in good hands, even bringing my dip stick in and showing me how much new oil is in my car after the change. This is it for me and my family! We will all be getting all of our oil changes here from now on, no questions about it. I personally want to thank this whole team for working so hard and having such great attitudes and giving us a great experience! We will see you in another 7,000 miles (or when the maintenance light comes on! ☺️ & yes my car goes up to 7,000 not 3,000 like the older ones for those who read this and think I’m wrong lol) if you want to know you and your car are in good hands and be treated like a friend and great customer from beginning to end, every time you come…then please come here!   Prior to driving in to Jiffy I had developed a leak in my radiator or radiator hoses or something and had list ALL the coolant from the system. Im an old man and out of shape so couldn't crawl under to see where it leaked then repair. I called and asked prior if when they did the service if they could just quickly look for leak that all the green coolant came from and man on the phone said "sure, not in writing but happy to verbally give me a break" upon arriving I paid for the premium service as to pay extra so it would now involve them looking in the areas the leak would be. The tech that performed the service refused to alert me to leak but had seen it due to company policy. They then proceeded to KNOWINGLY let me take my truck , not knowing I lived 1/2 block away, take it with ZERO COOLANT or WATER WITHOUT A WARNING THAT IT MAY LEAD TO OVER HEATING AND RUINING MY ENGINE. They did it consciously and sated that that was COMPANY POLICY!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE AS LONG AS I Live and recommend the same to others as well. The customers best interest is apparently NOT in Jiffy lubes interest what so ever
