  It's a busy location but I've had a good experience each time. Rental was being covered by insurance at $40/day. On the first visit the only availability was a car that cost $46/day. Manager Trent assured me he would call and arrange a trade when a car became available that met the budget. Sure enough, he called me on my cell the next day with an update and asked me to come in to make the switch. It's obvious he's working diligently, he's a good manager because he communicates well and strives for customer satisfaction.

  Rented a Red Jeep, and Trent helped me out. Honestly, just one of those easy, no hassle experiences. Walked in, he greeted me, we talked for a minute, and he got me set up without making it a whole thing. No pressure, no over explaining, just handled it and kept it moving. Everything was straightforward and exactly how it should be. The car was ready, paperwork was quick, and I was out of there faster than I expected. That alone is worth mentioning. Trent’s just a solid guy, easy to deal with, and makes the whole process feel normal instead of a chore. If you end up there, I’d ask for him.

  I rented a vehicle here while in the area for work after the Sacramento Airport location had no availability. It was a bit of a commute, but the experience here was smooth overall. The manager was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time, which I really appreciated. Inventory was limited and they only had two vehicles available, but he still gave me the option to choose between them. My only suggestion would be to add a key drop box for after hours returns. I needed to get to the airport before they opened, so I ended up leaving the keys in the collision center drop box next door. Overall, a positive experience with great customer service.
