Stuff was nice, they explained all the process, what needs to be done, what I would like to do extra (air filters check & replaced, tire rotation etc..) all in all it took somewhere around 15-20 minutes. They confirmed oil level, added some coolant, and I was good to go! Pricing wise I would say they were a little higher than your usual oil change (which is expected for a drive-through service) but still lower than your dealership would charge. All in all - nice feeling about the service)

Turns out that the employees at Valvoline DIDN'T put my engine hose back correctly when they took out my engine filter when doing basic maintenance. It was super dangerous that I drove 2 weeks with it not put on correctly. It would've caused issues with my engine. I won't be coming back here never.

However, the people here make it. The manager, Dante (Donte? Sorry!) is from NY and moved out here with his brother to manage these and they are just a great energy. They have a 10/10 customer service experience and seem to genuinely care. I went another time when he was not in and worked with Cedric instead, and Cedric was also great. I will continue to keep showing up here as long as these guys are around. (Only been for a basic oil change, haven't had anything else done... yet! But will be trying!)

I'm a little iffy because I did two changes here and the second time they noted a "major oil leak" but couldn't tell me much about it, there weren't very many signs, I wasn't low on or burning oil, etc. just a little bit odd, so trust your mechanic on stuff like that. They will, however, have you in and out without too much fuss.
