Very rude guy worker came up to me asking if i needed help with anything I said no im just waiting for a vacuum. i always vacuum my car first before my wash at other quick quack with no problem. This guy kicks me out saying i cant do that. I cancelled my monthly subscription because of that . Prices are to high to be treating people like that .Never am i going to use this place. The way he just greeted me was horrible. Very disappointed negative stars.

A few days ago I was thinking whatever, okay & I went to a quick quack in Rancho because it was the 2nd closest location to my house but still about 10 minutes away and I drove all the way over there already annoyed & then that one was also closed :) I pay for a monthly membership & get my car washed at least once a week & even if it’s raining I will still go & utilize the vacuums but I can’t even do that now either. Their solution was another location that’s still open in Citrus Heights but that location is 20 minutes from me like no I’m not spending 40 minutes total in drive time just to wash my car. They didn’t even reach out in email or anything to tell us these locations will be closed or offer a discount on my monthly fee. Why am I paying full price for a membership every month when I can’t even go to the car washes that are by my house???? I went to a new car wash today & will be canceling my membership with Quick Quack.
