  I typically go here and they always take good and fast care of me but this time they saw with their visual check a crack in one of my hoses and let me know and I thought that was clutch because I had just seen my mechanic a day or two before and he didn’t notice it. So I’m grateful for their attention to detail!

  Service took forever. I had been there twice before and had a much better experience. Rodney was very nice and apologized for the continued delays. Had to remind them twice to check the air in my tires. Still not sure if they did or not.

  Despite the wait to be serviced, Connor and Rodney made the experience better for me! Connor was very efficient and thorough, and Rodney was very sweet and made sure to check that everything was in order before sending me on my way. I've only been to this location twice now, but this experience has made me want to come back again. I had an oil change and a radiator flush.

  This is not the first time I interact with Darien the manager or Citlally, staff. Both always very professional and courteous. I never go anywhere else thanks to their honesty, and wonderful etiquette. I feel I can trust this Valvoline in particular because I never feel pressured to buy products but as they show me why they will recommend and NOT PUSH or scare me into buying their products, is why my care is so well maintained and not have to worry about my driving long distances for work. I am a very pleased customer each time leaving there establishment. I will always recommend this place and NOT anywhere else. I’ve been to others including Valvolines and I never felt so appreciated and acknowledged like this one by Costco. You have my loyalty and recommendations always. Thank you Darien and staff!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service my son received at Valvoline Rancho Del Rey. After bringing his car in for a transmission service, the vehicle is now not working properly. During the service, their equipment was repeatedly showing errors, and it was very concerning that the staff appeared unsure of how to handle the situation. It did not give any confidence that the service was being done correctly. I personally went to the location to address the issue and spoke with Laurie, who is in charge. Unfortunately, she seemed confused and did not fully understand or address the concerns I was explaining. Instead of providing clarity or a solution, we were left without answers and no clear direction on how this issue would be resolved. This experience has been frustrating and stressful. We trusted this location with the vehicle, and now we are left dealing with a problem that did not exist before the service. I am requesting immediate attention to this matter, a clear explanation of what went wrong, and a resolution to fix the damage caused. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their service quality and customer support moving forward.
