  Don’t come to this place. The guy that changes the oil is fishy and not competent. They broke my car today after changing the oil not sure if they didn’t change the right one synthetic that I paid for but as soon as I drive off my car suddenly was jerking while driving, it was forcing while driving and it broke I came back to talk to the manager and he brought a mechanic from the shop beside them and the mechanic lied to me he said that my car transmisión needed to be replaced. I’m taking them to court because they broke my car this is just not right I hope they don’t get away with it. Very incompetent people working there.

  Great experience with the two times we have visited this location in Chula Vista . The team is very thorough when going over the recommendations for my vehicle. Also love the positive attitudes even at 8am in the morning when they already have a long line. Definitely recommend. I would like to add that the oil change itself is definitely 15 minutes but they also check out your car add another 5 mins. I have two littles and they have never complained about the wait, for a parent that’s a plus

  had an amazing experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change thanks to Juan! From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. Juan went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently, all while keeping a positive attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service like he does.

  I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was professional, efficient and clearly worked together seamlessly. While my oil change was being done, they also took care of several additional checks and services, which I truly appreciated. Carlos, my service advisor, was especially outstanding 🙌🏻 he took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel overwhelmed or pressured and gave great advice. As someone who doesn’t know much about mechanics, that meant a lot to me. I felt informed, respected and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire visit. The service was quick, thorough and organized. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, teamwork, and great customer care so well. Highly recommend this team, I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Best Valvoline experience I’ve ever had :) I came in for an oil change and everything was quick, smooth, and efficient—Jay was super nice, informative, and really made the visit easy, and Max was great too! Jay even helped me apply a Yelp coupon, which made it a very reasonable price and I really appreciated that. They also checked and replaced my cabin air filter during the service, which was actually the first time I’ve ever had a Valvoline location check that for me, so I really appreciated how thorough they were. They gave me recommendations for my next visit and were very honest and informative throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be a returning customer at this location!
