  Very disappointing experience. I made a reservation for a larger vehicle and completed the entire check-in process. Everything was confirmed, and I was told the car I booked was available. However, when I arrived at the location, they suddenly told me they didn’t actually have that type of vehicle. Instead, they offered me a much smaller car. I really needed the larger vehicle, which is exactly why I reserved it in advance. Unfortunately, I had no choice at the time and had to rearrange my plans because of it. What made it even worse is that they still charged me the same price as if I had rented the larger vehicle. This is very frustrating and not what you expect after making a confirmed reservation.

  I wish I could give this place and the staff 10 stars it truly was the best car rental experience I've ever had. Staff is pleasant and professional. Mrs. young (4-EVR YOUNG) you made me feel at ease and you were very helpful and patient with me thank you so much it made all the difference. The car was amazing and it still had that new car smell loved it 2025 Honda Odyssey. Most comfortable ride ever!! Thanks you guys and I will be back.
