    We had a great experience purchasing a car from Louis Zavala Lozano on 1/3/25. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and the process was very smooth. We'd gone to two other dealerships earlier that day and the salesmen at those places were so pushy and weird - we much preferred Mr. Lozano's approach. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in San Diego County.

    Easily made an appointment over the phone. The scheduler was kind. They easily honored the coupons I got in the mail. The Assistant Service Manager Mario is the best. He was easy to work with and respectful. He was honest and knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell me anything. He mentioned alignment because I had just gotten new tires the day before. Glad I agreed to it because my steering wheel moves like butter now. Mario was always mindful of my time but I was in no rush that day. My car felt like brand new afterwards. And SAFE, especially with the rain in San Diego lately (I had my brake rotors and pads replaced) Thanks! Will be back again.

    I loved my experience at this location, Daniel is exceptional in his role. I made an afternoon appointment but they were able to see me in the morning. There were folks in line who were waiting a while and I overheard their stress. People should know that if there’s a lot of appointments, it’s because people trust this location and want to go here. People should block off enough time for the car maintenance appointment, this is not a drive through that takes 30 minutes. While servicing my car, I saw many service advisors working non stop with all their clients. Just know when it’s your turn, it won’t be rushed and you’ll be taken care of. I’m not too knowledgeable on car maintenance, when I explained what I was looking for he knew which service options to show me. Although they were packed with appointments, Daniel took his time to explain the differences so I was able to make an informed decision. I also needed my windshield repaired and he connected me with an amazing shop near by. They were able to save my windshield! My car ran smoothly for my long distance road trip. Overall, amazing experience because my service advisor, Daniel, made sure I was taken care of. I will be back!

    First off, brought my car for an oil change a few months ago. Get home and find small amounts of oil drops on my driveway. I keep checking and now even more oil is leaking. Take it back and come to find out, the technician failed to put the oil filter on correctly. Mind you, a trained and certified Toyota technician screwed up an oil change. Good on the advisor who didn't make excuses and took the responsibility for the negligence which could have been disastrous. Now, a couple weeks later, the "oil / maintenance light" has now turned on saying I need an oil change. I go to the Service Department without an appointment and wait. The service kid tells me, after knowing my frustration, that they are booked and there are no advisors that can help me. Hard to imagine one of the advisors could not take 5 minutes to talk to me after knowing it's a problem they created. Just beware and push back as a consumer.

    I understand that Toyota Chula Vista was short-staffed and that the staff was under considerable pressure on the day of my visit. I was fully understanding of the longer-than-usual wait time, as it did not inconvenience me. My concern lies not with the delay, but with the conduct I observed from management toward employees. During my visit, a manager appeared visibly frustrated and threw paperwork in the direction of staff members, which ultimately landed on my windshield. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, and it raised serious concerns regarding workplace conduct. While staffing shortages and high-stress situations may occur, they do not justify unprofessional behavior. Management should be expected to handle challenges with composure and to treat employees with respect at all times. Observing this interaction made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. For the record, I have not publicly identified any individuals by name in this statement. I did, however, provide additional details directly to Amy Green and reported the incident to Toyota Chula Vista corporate. I expect a higher standard of professionalism, customer service, and employee treatment from an organization representing the Toyota brand.
