  The service is good, but I have noticed they don't honor their timeline. They took 45 min longer in my car, and I got stressed because I had an appointment that afternoon. Other than that, all was good.

  One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had Safelite damaged my windshield almost immediately after starting the job. The glass was not broken before they touched it. The damage occurred because of their technician, plain and simple. What happened next was even worse. When I spoke with the manager, instead of taking responsibility, he refused to pay for the damage his employee caused. His excuse was that Safelite supposedly “warned” me in a text or email disclaimer that I never opened, never acknowledged, and never signed. No verbal warning. No waiver. No consent. Nothing. This is a classic corporate dodge: damage the customer’s property, then hide behind fine print the customer never agreed to. That is not professionalism — that is deliberate avoidance of accountability.I strongly warn anyone reading this: do not trust Safelite with your vehicle. When they damage it, don’t expect them to stand behind their work. Expect excuses, denial, and stonewalling. I will never use this company again and will actively discourage others from doing so.“Safelite’s biggest problem isn’t broken glass — it’s broken ethics.”

  I had another great experience with Safelite. The same technician who worked on my car before came out again, and I remembered him because he’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I had an appointment and the whole process was quick and smooth. I’ve had issues with a couple of my vehicles in the past, and any time I had a concern, Safelite’s customer service handled it right away with no hassle. Overall — great service, great communication, and dependable work. Highly recommend!

  positive things: 1. They ordered my windshield right after the appointment was made, so no sitting around waiting for the delivery. 2. They had cancellations, so called and said I could come in early. 3. Appointment was completed very rapidly so back on the road before the next round of rain blew in

  Poor windshield installation from technician Francisco. The windshield wipers were not reinstalled correctly and one was misaligned hitting the driver's side trim. The interior trim by the rear view mirror was left loose and making an annoying noise while driving. To make matters worse two noticeable nicks were done to the paint on the roof. This is from the removal of the weather strips, thre technician was not careful when prying off. I was hoping to have a great experience, but I did not. Go to your car dealer if dealing with insurance to get it done right. I did reach out to the manager from this safelite branch and told me to email him and he never replied. His name is Robert Maya, he even gave me his card and did not reply to my emails. Frankly, after this negative experience I don't want to take my car back. I wish they refunded my deductible.
