Carlos was friendly, quick and efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner exactly as they stated it would be. Price was super reasonable and I'm really thrilled with my experience at this location!

Scheduled appointment for front windshield crack, Tech Jason shows up jumps in my car and proceeds to pull the lever for the hood like if it was a toy bobble head saying “your car shouldn’t be doing that”. Ends up breaking the lever, goes in to “fix” it only to pull the wire to the hood almost completely OUT and the hood can’t be OPENED!! Now he can’t get in to repair the dang window! The hood needs to be open to pull the wipers up. I told him to stop as he’s making more problems and says “sure easy to point the finger” like no way this is happening. Jason instead decides to pack up and leave telling me to reschedule for another day.. dude was on something for sure. , I contact manager Robert Maya and completely brushes the problem off saying it’s my “faulty” car when there was NO ISSUE prior to Jason messing with the lever. They Refused to pay for repairs but did refund me the 500 for the windshield. Trash employee, manger, and service.
- P2Pelon 22Feb 24, 20265.0Unfortunately I was at work when the technician showed up. Which is the reason for the 5 stars. It goes to show how easy it is for a window to get replaced with Safelite. My wife brought the keys to the technician and she kept working and 45 mins later.... Voalla!!! Done. When i got home from work I went to do QC and gave up as soon as I opened the car door. To my surprise all my windows were cleaned and the interior was vacuumed which I had no idea was a thing. I'm so very pleased with the experience and very thankful to the technician for making it a breeze and I didn't have to pause my life to get this done. I will be recommending and using Safelite for any future repairs. Thank you.
