Hicimos reservación online con un mes de anticipación para 3 camionetas y al llegar nos dijeron que “intentaron llamarnos” para decir que no tenían esos vehículos y que ni siquiera tenían vehículos disponibles para llevarnos. Tuvimos que esperar 2h30min con niños y maletas para poder irnos en un carro sedán cada familia. El staff es grosero y no tiene ninguna consideración para el cliente. Si reservaron aquí y no ha llegado la fecha de su viaje no pierdan el tiempo y CANCELEN y busquen cualquier otro lugar será mejor

- GCG CDec 8, 20251.0Worst rental car location we have ever dealt with. Only reason this review has 1 star is because we are not allowed to give them zero stars. Reserved a car online for pickup at 1730 hours. We had no problem making the reservation and did not receive any calls from the location prior to arriving. We pull up and stand in line, while waiting to get the vehicle, we started the process online and was at the screen to pay the $300 dollars when we were called to the counter. The worker enters our information and states “Oh we don’t have any cars, you can wait to see if someone maybe returns a car” with no damn care in the world!! Didn’t get an apology, no consideration for waisting peoples time, complete lack of customer service!!! But they sure had no problem with trying to charge even though they had no vehicles. Don’t give this horrible company your money. I Recommend you go through hertz instead. They will actually call you in advance if the car you reserved is not available. We will never rent from enterprise again!!
