Have rented cars at 1059 Broadway, Chula Vista before. My most recent rental began smoothly, pick up was fast, efficient. Check in was just the opposite. There was only 1 agent working, was Saturday at 11:30 a.m. & very busy. The waiting area was completely full with customers requiring rental vehicles. It is was a chaotic environment, kids making a lot of noise. I'd set up a LYFT ride to arrive at approximately 11:45 which should have been sufficient to finalize the return. I waited 20 minutes to speak with the agent. She waved me off twice. Finally caught her attention just before noon, handed off the fob. Her very short feedback was "will call if there are any issues". I haven't received my online receipt yet, it's already Tuesday. The customer service level was unacceptable. Please hire more agents so the workload is covered in a professional, timely, manner.

I had rented from them several times over the yrs.... But since I had my own guy I was used to him.
New office not so much. I would like to put here that I'm giving them a way to fix the issues I'll do a Google review AFTER so it will be fair, I don't like giving 1star & I think this my 2nd time having to.
MOST IMPORTANT MSG
PLZ PUT AN AFTER HRS HELP line, they have one to report mechanical issues but not After hrs.
Since u charge everyday, we should have the same CS abilities we have M-F all hrs day & night.
NOT BANKERS HRS.....
