  Very friendly staff, Henry is amazing! He will be very honest and very detailed. Really appreciate the communication throughout the process and working with our numbers. Answers every question with lots of patience and information. Third car I bought and leased with BMW with Henry’s help. Great customer service!!! He gets a 10 star. Also, finance department, Lucy is AMAZING!!! Love her happy and bubbly attitude, it makes the final process very easy. Definitely appreciate the help and Definitely recommend. A regular here Lol

  Today I had went in with a clear intention of getting a new car for myself. For being in the dealership for the first time I was nervous, but the staff over there helped me out completely, especially Natalia. She was my salesperson today and it was the perfect person to have. She took her time explaining everything and answering all of my questions. She is a very kind person who is always looking out to help whenever. In the end, everything went well and I ended up with my first BMW!

  I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Chula Vista. I worked closely with Natalia and Hammed throughout the process, and they both kept clear and consistent communication from start to finish. Natalia was attentive, and easy to work with. Hammed answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I truly appreciated how transparent and straightforward everything felt. This BMW X1 is the perfect car for this stage of my life and for my little family, and I’m so grateful for how smooth they made the entire experience.   I want to share my experience with the BMW dealership where I purchased my 2021 BMW X5 yesterday. The very next day, I took it to a service center to check its condition, and I discovered that the brake pads are in terrible shape—only about 15% of their original thickness. Additionally, the front brake discs need replacement, and the brake fluid will also need changing in a few thousand miles. I must say, the service overall was awful, as I was sold a car in poor condition. However, I want to give a huge thank you to Andres—he is an incredible person who tried his best to help me. Much respect to him—5 stars! I also want to thank Monica, who handled my financing—she was very kind and helpful. Both of them are wonderful, but the overall service was extremely disappointing.
