  The workers were goofing around instead of helping the customers. I asked for an item that was listed as in stock. Without even looking for the item they said they did not have the item. I felt like i was interfereing in thier fun. I had to drive 5 miles away to another store. Aviod this store.

  My car battery died while picking up my son, and Ivan Sanchez at AutoZone H.St went above and beyond to help me. He replaced my battery and was incredibly kind and helpful. People like him are true blessings—thank you, AutoZone, for having such caring employees! All employees are always helpful when i come in and need help. Thank you AutoZone that you have amazing employees!

  I had a problem with my car battery and went to Autozone to have it replaced, Joe the technician was so courteous, knowledgable and helpful. He replaced my battery eventhough its dark and was already late.

  They have good prices and a nice selection of products. I also appreciate that they will help you install things like windshield wiper blades for no additional charge. They are helpful and courteous.

  I came into the store and told them my engine light came on in my daughter’s van. The young man came out immediately. He knew exactly what to do. They did a great job of explaining the code. They even told me to go to the dealer and get an estimate, then bring the quote back to the store, so they could tell me what parts I needed and what parts that I did not really need! It is guys in the store like these that have made me a loyal customer for over 25 years!
