  This is the first time I visit Bonita Point Auto Care; and it will definitely won't be the last. First of all, I recommend to make an appoimntment because they are busy, really busy, as a reflection of their work. They will diagnose first, so no guessing, and they will let you know what is needed, and also what else would be recommended, without upselling, so you decide the next steps. Staff is courteous even though under pressure due to the amount of work, an will greet you with a smile. My wife's Ford Escape was taken care of and feels solid again, and that is something I appreciate.

  I've been coming here since I got my car 5 years ago and my sister even longer than that. They always take great care of our cars and keep them running in tiptop shape! Now my mom takes her car, too! I trust them to always recommend what's best for my car. Awesome service, I always highly recommend them! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  We had a great experience, bringing my mom’s car in. Was busy, but you would never know it because the personal care that you got and the one on one communication was awesome. Gary really explained things to my mom and me and was just a pleasure to work with. Our car was done in a great time frame, and we are very happy overall.

  Bonita Point Auto Care made a great first impression on me. Lori took my call and was really friendly, welcoming, and quick to get me set up with an appointment. When I got to the shop, I worked with Frank, and he was super knowledgeable and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help, not just rush me through. Both of them were easy to talk to right away. Honestly, it felt more like talking with people I’d known for years than dealing with a shop for the first time. That kind of comfort and service goes a long way. Really appreciated the experience

  I’ve been coming to Bonita Point for propane tank refills for nearly 10 years with great reliability and service. Last Saturday should have been no different, except Ismael did his best to make sure it was. “Do you want to do my job?” Is not the response I would expect when I noted to him that he did not reset the tank meter before starting to fill my tanks. When I challenged him on this response, he asked me if I’ve read the bible. And next professed that he was a Christian man, pulling a cross chain from beneath his shirt to prove it, apparently. Nice to know, but not really relevant. I recommend training, or pulling Ismael from the tank duty rotation, but of course that’s probably exactly what he wants. Good luck!
